Quick Productivity Tip: The Tom Management System

Magic Whiteboard on the Wall

We use the excellent Magic Whiteboard throughout our development office to keep track of who's working on what, raising visibility of upcoming work, and collaboratively working on architecture and interface diagrams.

Recently, a number of people have started using the same (non-sticky, static-based) sheets on their desks; enabling them to jot, draw and note information and tasks quickly. This system has been dubbed the Tom Management System (TMS), after the inventor.
