You love writing code, and the web excites you.

You have a proven, relevant, commercial experience. You work smart; source control, TDD and CI are not alien concepts to you

You can talk passionately about an area of web or mobile technology that excites you

You can knowledgeably discuss all areas of web development, including Usability, Accessibility, Information Architecture and Standards

You are a talented problem solver and will enjoy demonstrating this to us

You make great things happen, coding is not just your day job

You contribute everywhere: your project team, the production team, your fellow developers

You are fascinated with the bigger aspects of development; from frameworks to methodologies, patterns to interface usability

You are also fascinated with the details - the positioning of a tab, the performance of a test suite, the beauty of a perfectly indented method

Even though you are already smart, you constantly crave more knowledge

You ideally have some experience in: PHP or Java, SQL and Javascript - although if you can prove to us how good you are, we don’t care which technologies you already know

You understand community: perhaps you contribute to OSS, attend meet-ups, discuss online

You are a driven, proactive, pragmatic problem solver

You’re not afraid to innovate and try solutions that have never been tried. You also know when to use the tried and tested approach
