Improved team management

In response to the issues facing growing businesses as they co-ordinate multiple users, teams, projects and clients, Box UK has recently announced the launch of FleetSuite: a single, central solution for the management of core business activities, this initial release focuses on two team management modules, Schedule™ and Track™.

Schedule

Featuring visual, interactive and automatically updating calendars, FleetSuite Schedule allows project managers to assign tasks and projects to their teams, with intuitive calendar displays providing a clear overview of which team members are working on which projects and when.  Administrators can gain instant insight into lead times and availability through the module’s dedicated dashboards, helping make the most of free timeslots to ensure even tight deadlines are met.

Track

With flexible timesheets and charts connected to projects and users, FleetSuite Track makes it easy for all members of your team to submit the time they have worked as well as recording what tasks they have progressed with. Tight integration with scheduling enables tracking to be pre-populated with planned work, making co-ordinating activity a simple process. Clear reports offer detailed analysis of performance, highlighting any potential issues immediately to save valuable time and increase output.

Flexible range of tools

Schedule and Track are the first in a full range of modules from FleetSuite; with core functionality facilitating simple and intuitive administration across the framework, the Suite supports the creation of tailored packages where tools can be combined according to specific business requirements and market conditions. The next release will be estimation tool FleetSuite Estimate™, with a variety of additional applications scheduled for future production, including:

  • HR (Human Resources management)
  • Invoice (tools to streamline client invoicing)
  • Release (release management support)
  • Help (helpdesk functionality)
  • File (a central solution to file management)

Remote and distributed working

Managed securely online, you can access your organisation’s information from anywhere in the world, perfectly integrating FleetSuite with remote working setups and any number of distributed teams. This makes it the ideal solution for home workers and geographically disparate organisations; situations where accessibility and responsiveness are of paramount concern.

Extensive roadmap

FleetSuite is the latest in a range of innovative tools developed by Box UK. Benno Wasserstein, Box UK’s Managing Director, commented: “In order to remain at the forefront of the industry, we invest heavily in developing cutting-edge software solutions. The launch of FleetSuite responds to real business needs, and we have a roadmap in place to extend the product’s capabilities for increased impact for our users.”
