Box UK's expansion continues
Box UK completed its current recruitment drive with the spring addition of 3 more developers. This rounds off a 9 month period where 17 new faces have joined the Box UK family, creating 12 new roles within the company.
There are new faces throughout the company from developers to IT assistants. We now also have Account Managers based in both London and Cardiff. Box UK is expanding as a whole, with each department becoming bigger and better as we grow.
The Evolution of Support: Rapid Response Unit
To match our ever-increasing client base, we have now doubled the size of our support team. Bolstering the team has resulted in the number of active support issues to be halved (since January 2007). Despite this amazing effort, we have continued to push our support services even further.
To improve your Amaxus experience, we have created the new Rapid Response Unit; a team of developers whose entire time is dedicated to your support issues. They will never be scheduled more than a week in advance, to enable them to deal with the most urgent issues. We feel that the development of the Rapid Response Unit is the pinnacle of the evolution of Amaxus Support at Box UK, and users will start seeing an immediate impact in their support issues.
