Is it possible to ensure that two or more users do not edit the same content at the same time?

Maintaining data integrity is essential. File locking prevents users editing the same file or object simultaneously.

The auto-notification feature informs the other user(s) when the document has been released for editing.  Content is viewable in ‘read-only’ mode when locked (i.e. being edited by another user).
