Amaxus to drive Their Past Your Future

2005-06 marks the 60th Anniversary of the events leading to the end of the Second World War, the most extensive and most terrible conflict of the Twentieth Century.

Their Past Your Future explores what we can learn about issues such as commemoration, conflict and citizenship while discovering the enduring global impact of the Second World War in the sixtieth anniversary year. The project will include a touring exhibition, a partnership scheme to bring together young and older generations, and a new website.

The website, to be driven by Amaxus, Box UK's XML Content Management System, will include information, learning resources and activities.

Supported by The Big Lottery Fund under their Veterans Reunited Initiative, and led by the Imperial War Museum, Their Past Your Future includes a wide range of activity for all ages, throughout the UK.
