ISO 27001:2013 certification for Box UK
Following independent assessment, auditors have awarded Box UK ISO 27001:2013 certification, confirming that the software development consultancy’s security management processes meet the high standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Part of the ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards that help organisations keep information assets secure, ISO 27001:2013 is held by technology leaders across the globe including Google, Microsoft, Cisco Systems and Verizon. It provides requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS) – a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information such as financial details, intellectual property and third-party data – and details the application of a risk management process that encompasses people, processes and IT systems.
