Box UK: a Digital Outcomes and Specialists supplier
Following a recent Crown Commercial Service (CCS) announcement, Box UK has been recognised as a supplier on the Digital Marketplace’s RM1043iii Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework, extending the services it may offer to public sector organisations looking for support in the delivery of their digital projects.
A new procurement model
The Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework replaces the existing Digital Services 2 framework, and seeks to reduce the time and cost traditionally associated with procurement, allow buyers and suppliers to talk to each other directly, and offer greater diversity and choice in supporting digital transformation across the whole of the public sector.
Customers are not only guaranteed access to the most competitive deals available, but can also be confident that agreements are fully EU compliant, and that they adhere to required security regulations, design standards and technology codes of practice.
Digital experience and expertise
First inducted onto the CCS G-Cloud framework (RM1557vii) in January of this year, Box UK has now been accepted into all four categories within the new framework, offering services including:
- Digital outcomes: undertaking activities such as project discovery, user experience consultancy, development and testing in order to deliver projects that a fulfil a specific need or solve a key challenge
- Digital specialists: providing government departments and teams with individual specialists for work on a particular service, programme or project
- User research labs: supporting user research activities such as usability testing through the provision of dedicated lab facilities
- User research participants: recruiting participants that accurately represent the users of a particular service or system

About the Digital Marketplace
Public sector organisations, including agencies and arm’s length bodies, can use the Digital Marketplace to find people and technology for digital projects.
