In achieving prestigious IIP Gold status, the software development consultancy joins the top seven per cent of accredited organisations in the UK.
Award-winning software development consultancy Box UK has been awarded Gold accreditation against the Investors in People (IIP) Standard, putting it in the top seven per cent of IIP-accredited organisations across the UK.
Reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry, Investors in People is the international standard for people management; defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
Box UK demonstrated its commitment to high performance in these areas through a rigorous assessment process that benchmarked the organisation against the best in the business on an international scale, across a range of capabilities including empowering and involving people, managing performance, and creating sustainable success.
Accredited on the Investors in People framework since 2011, and awarded IIP Silver status in 2014, Box UK has supported the ongoing improvement of its people management processes through a programme of continuous improvement, involving investment at every level of the organisation.
This has included extending and enhancing the software development consultancy’s leadership function; an initiative that saw Box UK crowned the winner of the “Excellence in leadership and management (up to 249 employees)” category at the 2016 Investors in People Awards.
