New appointment at Box UK
Award-winning software development consultancy Box UK has appointed Matt Brooks as its Business Development Director. With a career in the software industry spanning more than 19 years, Matt brings a wealth of experience with him to Box UK, where he will be responsible for helping build on the organisation’s 18-year track record of delivering high-quality software solutions for progressive and visionary clients across the globe.
An impressive portfolio
Prior to joining Box UK, Matt occupied the position of Vice President Marketing & Demand Generation EMEA at OpenText. Among his major achievements while in role are a restructuring of the Demand Generation team, a shift of focus for EMEA Marketing towards digital, and the delivery of half the global sales pipeline.
Matt’s previous roles also include serving as Senior Director within Engineering for OpenText, where he was responsible for the commercial activities surrounding new technology in their $1bn revenue product unit.
Speaking about joining the business development team at Box UK, Matt says: “The time is now for companies to secure competitive advantage in the not-so-new digital economy by modernising and investing in digital solutions to enable effective business transformation.
