Box UK to feature at SwanseaCon 2019
Box UK Business Analyst Sophie Hayden will be speaking at this year’s SwanseaCon event; a full-day Agile software development conference focused on helping attendees increase productivity, drive cost savings, and enhance the quality of their applications.

In her talk “It’s not me, or you…it’s both of us: why your messages aren’t getting through”, Sophie will look at the vital role effective communication plays throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
Through exploration of a variety of established models, attendees will learn about the symptoms and underlying causes of some of the most common communication and team development challenges, as well as gain practical tips to help address these in their own organisations and remove blockers to successful project delivery.
