Awards shortlist revealed

We are pleased to announce that Box UK has been named as a double finalist in the UK Digital Experience Awards 2015. The high quality of TBC Bank’s digital strategy sees the financial institution shortlisted for “Best Omni-Channel Experience”, while RS Components’ Product Data Library (PDL) has been named in the “Best Use of Digital to Improve the Customer Experience” category.

Presented in conjunction with Customer Experience Magazine, Cranfield School of Management and Awards International, the awards celebrate best practice in the delivery of exceptional customer experience and resultant organisational success in the digital sector, with high-profile names including Barclays, DFS, Lloyds Bank and Direct Line joining Box UK on the shortlists.

Best omni-channel experience

TBC Bank is committed to providing the best multi-channel experience in the region, and the finalist nomination from the UK Digital Experience Awards recognises a number of digital projects undertaken to support this goal. Working in partnership with Box UK’s user experience consultants alongside realisation partners BSC Praha, the bank has achieved a 275% increase in remote banking clients through the introduction of innovative applications for tablet and mobile, as well as a redesign of their retail internet banking platform.

Best use of digital to improve the customer experience

The PDL project has delivered significant benefits for electronics retailer RS Components; providing their audience of electronics and automation engineers with a portal through which they can effectively plan and source materials for upcoming projects. Additionally, the solution has helped improve the experience for the organisation’s back-end content editing team, by substantially reducing the time and effort required to upload, manage and deliver important product documentation.

The power of partnerships

Speaking in response to the announcement, Box UK’s Managing Director Benno Wasserstein said: “It’s great to see the work we’re doing for clients such as TBC Bank and RS Components gain recognition from national awards programmes like the UK Digital Experience Awards. This announcement really highlights the power of long-term, collaborative partnerships between clients and suppliers, and we continue to work closely with these and all our clients to deliver powerful solutions that support their digital strategies and serve the needs of their customers.”

Outstanding quality

Neil Copping, Managing Director of Awards International said: “We are delighted to announce the finalists of the UK Digital Experience Awards. We have introduced a whole host of new categories this year to keep up with this fast paced industry. The quality of entries has been outstanding and it is fantastic to see how so many companies are embracing digital technology when it comes to delivering customer experience. We would like to congratulate them all and look forward to celebrating and rewarding their success at the awards ceremony.”

Presentation and celebration

Finalists in each of the awards’ categories will present their entry to a team of specialist judges on the 27th November at the Park Plaza Riverbank, London, with the winners announced at a gala luncheon that brings together judges, finalists and selected special guests.
