An award-winning site
The Box UK website has received a Silver Award for “Best Visual Design – Function” in the Mobile Features category of the 2015 W3 Awards, we are pleased to reveal. The international awards, which honour creative excellence on the web, named www.boxuk.com a winner out of over 5,000 entries, following judging by The Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA) – an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, interactive, advertising and marketing firms.
“We were amazed at the caliber and quality of work we received this year from the smallest agencies to the biggest firms worldwide. As the web continues to expand in new and exciting ways, our winners continue to truly push the envelope of internet creativity and web design,” said Linda Day, the director of the AIVA. “On behalf of the 600+ members of The Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, we are honored to recognize our winners as they continue to set a high standard of excellence for web development.”
Supporting growth
The site was launched as part of a wider update to the Box UK brand identity, unveiled earlier this year alongside ambitious long-term growth targets. Designed and developed responsively, and built on the leading Sitecore Customer Experience Platform, Box UK can now deliver optimised messages to a much wider audience, helping support these plans for expansion.
