It’s always frustrating when projects don’t run as smoothly as they should - whether that’s as a result of low levels of communication, poor prioritisation, or a fragmented, siloed process that prevents effective feedback.
But if any of the above sound familiar, don’t worry. There are a number of things you might do to improve business performance - many of which we’ll be exploring in this event, taking place on Wednesday 19th September, 5pm-7:30pm, at the Box UK offices in Cardiff.
“Introducing Agile Working”
Together with master practitioner and Agile Consultant Andrew Beaney, you’ll use this session to explore the core principles of Agile - an approach to project delivery that’s been proven to help increase velocity and responsiveness to change.
Drawing on his many years of experience delivering advice to and reducing business risk for organisations such as Jaguar Land Rover, the Open University and the National Assembly for Wales, Andrew will help you examine the fundamental Agile principles of collaboration, iteration and feedback, and understand how these contribute to the effective delivery of successful products and services.
In this interactive session you will:
- Learn new behaviours and how to implement them
- Explore different planning processes, and understand which fits for you
- Ask specific questions about your organisation and take away personalised advice for your projects
Whether you’re looking to troubleshoot a particular project or programme or want to make improvements across your team or organisation, our practical and hands-on exercises will arm you with tools and techniques you can implement the very next day.
