Essential Skills

You’re an exceptional communicator – equally comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders and collaborating with developers. You listen actively, articulate ideas clearly (both written and verbal), and build strong working relationships naturally.

You’re a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward without constant direction.

You’re an analytical problem-solver who can unpick complex challenges, identify the right information to gather, and develop creative, effective solutions.

You’re results-oriented – focused on outcomes rather than just outputs, setting ambitious goals and persistently working toward them.

You’re innovative and influential – open to new approaches, persuasive in presenting ideas, and skilled at achieving buy-in across all levels.

You’re organised, flexible, and decisive – adept at prioritising competing demands, adapting to change, and making sound judgments based on data, feedback, and intuition.

You’re tenacious and resilient – driven to deliver excellence while meeting deadlines, maintaining composure under pressure, and bouncing back from setbacks.

You have exceptional attention to detail – thorough in your work, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
