Award success for Box UK and RS Components
We are pleased to reveal that Box UK has been named a finalist in two categories of the UK IT Industry Awards, which celebrate outstanding performance in the UK computer industry.
The DesignSpark project, delivered for leading electronics distributor RS Components, was honoured in the “Digital Project of the Year” category, while Box UK was also selected as a finalist for “Best Place to Work in IT 2018” in recognition of the employment and career opportunities it offers.

Best Place to Work in IT 2018
In order to deliver high-quality, high-performance digital products and services such as the DesignSpark platform, Box UK has also invested heavily in creating a positive, productive and rewarding working environment. The “Best Place to Work in IT” finalist nomination builds on previous success in this area, as in August 2017 Box UK achieved Investors in People Gold status, putting it in the top seven per cent of IIP-accredited organisations across the UK.

Finalist presentation and award ceremony
The entries will now go forward to the next stage of the awards; a presentation to a final judging panel, taking place at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium on Thursday 13th September. Winners will be announced on Wednesday 14th November, at a ceremony attended by over 1,400 industry peers, leaders from corporate business and government, and some of the most influential people from the IT community.
